I certainly was struggling to find a way, a hack to do everything which I desired and needed for 24 hours.
So after reading the book The 5am Club and then after watching the video of Jean Claude Biver who is the luxury watchmaker, lecturer, businessman and cheesemaker. And across his 40 year career, he has led some of the world's leading watch brands including Omega, Hublot and Tag Heuer, with many describing him as the man who “single-handedly saved the watch industry".
I decided to give it a try.
MY DAY
4am - I wake up
4-4:30 am - I meditate
4:30 - 5:00 - I work out(10min HIIT) and then do yoga
5:00 - 8:00 am - I read books or if I have more work to do from 7 am I start working.
8:00 - 17:00 pm - I work
From 17:00 - 22:00 Is dedicated for family, friends, dinner, having fun, watching Films, etc.
